Description:
The RehabAuthority Back in the Swing Golf Program was originally designed by Butch Harmon and a group of physical therapists for rehabilitation of professional golfers with back problems. The program was specifically designed with golfers in mind and trains all phases of the golf swing. A correct golf swing requires flexibility in the spine, shoulders and hips as well as strength in the trunk and low back. The RehabAuthority Back in the Swing Golf Program is designed to improve your game by strengthening and stretching specific mechanical problems many people have. By correcting physical weaknesses and inflexibilities many mechanical swing faults can be eliminated.

The object of this program is to improve faulty body mechanics, strength and flexibility issues.
This program has been designed for golfers of all levels. Anyone interested in increasing their flexibility, hitting the ball farther or eliminating pain during their golf game is a good candidate. Many women and seniors notice significant improvements in their distance as strength and flexibility improve.

The program is typically 12 visits over 4-5 weeks, with each visit lasting approximately 30 minutes. Each visit is closely supervised and all progress is documented. During the initial session measurements are taken of club head speed and general flexibility. This is followed by computerized testing of the low back analyzing strength, endurance and range of motion. These measurements are repeated at the program’s completion. The average user will realize a 25-50% gain in range of motion and it is not uncommon for seniors to improve 75-100%.

Be ready for this summer and take advantage of this great program.
